Origin and diffusion

Indigenous breed, descended from Biellese (Alpine group).
Is bred in the provinces of Cuneo, Biella and Vercelli (Piedmont Region).

Height at the withers:
- Male: 86 cm
- Female: 81 cm
Weight:
- Male: 90 kg
- Female: 80 kg

Uni coloured: white.
Uses: meat.
The breed is adapted to the local environment (hills).
